Access your prescriptions – “The Portal”
Our records system includes an online “portal” – health information privacy concerns and regulations do not allow us to fax or email any details regarding your care – even your prescriptions.
- Your username is the email you have provided us with
- When you go to the website – enter the email and you will be sent a code to that email.
- A copy of all authorized prescription(s) are automatically sent there and available until they expire.
- This portal can also be used to securely-privately communicate with our doctors and staff. to access your prescriptions, your appointments and your financial information.
